Hi all sirslackcat here l am realy angry towards the way the Department of Human services protect little ones as they dont lay charges on the boyfriends of mothers who are violent toward another mans child as the child opens up and tells the farther of the violents and assults wich happen not on one accassion but on many accassion and even the mother gets in on the act of violents as the child has been involved on many violent out breaks by the mother as well were they broke windows and let the 13 month old child walk on the floor were he picked up broken glass and then there was many times on were the mother had out breaks of violents towards the farther the department told all of the above and still put the little boy back with this mother this department have a mind of there own destroying farthers who tell the truth and get made out to be mungrels this is true the farther does every thing rite weres the mother can take drugs and beat up on a child locking them in a room sleeping round going against court orders and also having the little boy around registerd sex offenders namely here farther who there is an order on him for another 8 years as this farther figure was raping his own daughters at the age of 3 months old not naming names but he also drove one of his daughters to suicide back in 2013 and now keeps a low profile around the rye victoria area just around the corner from a primary school and dhs dont no that this man and his daughter are meeting with the child as this child is in great danger and dhs do nothing about it as court orders are broken and dhs do nothing dhs you are responsible for these matters and are not doing there jobs as the mother is still on drugs and mixing with registerd sex offenders boy dhs need to investergate this one l think

as that's what this department is all about as they don't protect  a child they excite the problems and create the problems with their silly system that was invented 

back in the dark ages of the ninety seventies and imported their programs from the states and textbooks they work out of half of their child protection workers have no idea what a proper place for a child to be brought up and most of the child protection workers have never raised a child of their  own quite amazing 

how these so called child protection workers can walk in to calm house and destroy one's life with false and misleading evidence in a court of law and judges are just as bad for letting this happen, judges have got to be made accountable 

in the events of DHS with their false and misleading information

 the whole child court system in Australia need to be torn apart and redesigned

to suit the Australia way   of life and the law, not the USA way as  this is how it's worked out once in the court system in Australia they call it the circuit

Wodonga rapist to spend 1 year in custody should be doing more time for invading the privacy of a child

A WODONGA man who raped a teenage girl on three separate occasions will spend a year in jail for crimes that left the victim suffering nightmares and tore a family apart.

Nick Austin, 23, raped the young girl in January and June.

He recently told Judge Marilyn Harbison in the County Court he was happy with the sentence and couldn’t promise that he wouldn’t get into fights in jail.

The young girl made a victim impact statement to the court describing her troubles sleeping and nightmares following the incidents.

In the first attack, which occurred in January, the victim was staying at the man’s home.

On the second night of her stay, the victim fell asleep while watching a movie. 

The Wodonga man woke the teenager, covered her mouth and took her into a bedroom before raping her as the girl tried to push him off.

The victim was staying at his home about five months later.

Austin raped her in a similar way, taking her into his bedroom after she fell asleep.

She was again raped the following night in similar circumstances.

The offender said he knew the victim was aged about 12 and admitted during a police interview that he shouldn’t have committed the acts.

He was charged with three counts of sexual penetration of a child under the age of 16, with each charge carrying a maximum jail term of 10 years. 

The judge said the girl had felt “shameful” reporting the crime.

“Your victim describes having nightmares and a lot of trouble sleeping because of what you did to her,” Judge Harbison said.  

“She was worried that she would not be believed and she described the process of reporting the crime as being shameful.”

The judge said she had to “regard the protection of the community as uppermost in sentencing”. 

Austin, who has previously been convicted of armed robbery, has been assessed as having a very low IQ near the range of an intellectual disability.

The judge said while there was a significant difference between his age and the victim’s age, he did not have the same maturity expected of a 23-year-old. 

He was sentenced to a maximum two years and eight months in jail and will be eligible for parole after 12 months.

Austin will be a registered sex offender for the rest of life.
