Andrew  Bonney Back in two thousand thirty this was on a saturday afternoon l was mowing a friends lawn when l became in a very strange way with my leg as l twisted it the wrong way as it was iver l lost a foot or brake the ankle wich happened l was thrown to the ground as l new that l had broken my ankle l had two people pick me up while l held my ankle my son watch on in amazment as they took me to the hostpital as my son stood beside the bed who l had bought up from the age of 13 months old they told me that l was going to need surgery to the ankle as my son was upset l was bed ridden for well over a week and sedated as they had to wait for the blood finners on was on to subsibe from my system as my friend now wife promised that she would look after my son and make sure he went to kinda and look after him on the tuesday they came and took my son as this is the department of human services as wed was the court date as l lay helpless in the hostpital they put it threw the courts as me losing my son threw me braking un ankle l treid in vane to get out of the hostpital that night as l was a wreck got to the foyer of the hostpital were l was met by a male staff member who settled me down and talked me around to go back to the ward were l was staying he helped me back to as the none corrupt worker name was sam rousten now l found that this worker had a history in nsw of discrediting farther as he had in the past as l was ready to exspose him for working with docs as he is a bad apple he blow it in docs and was transferd to dohs child protection in victoria as this is normaly the case they set me up to be the bad guy as l tried in vane to clear my name doing nothing wrong and had thought this for many years and have finished fighting as they made me do sike test and these came back with not very good grades as they degraded me kicked me in the teeth ,ade myself feel small so l decided to not go on fighting but there was a court case this year were dhs child protecetion have screwed up as the only reason they took my little boy was because l broke my ankle so now l have pushed for an investergation in to this matter and have heard nothing back from when they said this is being investergated so l am not able to see the little boy who l raised for 5 years of his life lm holding out well to concider what this goverment department has done hope this shed some light on why l am anti child protection as l am a person who they destroyed mentaly and physicly as l have had people like my wife to help me threw this event and family as well l am trying to make a different for those out there who are yet to face this system as the system needs to be stopped and the system needs to come under the au condition we are not in the us this is the entire event of many years l have thought for a little boys rites to life cheers all

Perth childcare worker jailed for sexually abusing young girls

A childcare worker has been sentenced to four-and-a-half years in jail for the "brazen" sexual abuse of five young girls while he was in looking after them at a centre in Perth's eastern suburbs.

The 25-year-old man, who is not named to protect the identity of the children, pleaded guilty to charges of sexually penetrating one girl and indecently dealing with four others in 2014.

The girls were aged between two and four years old, and some of the offences happened while the man was reading them a book with other children present.

The crimes were discovered after one of the girls complained to her mother.

Police then found a backpack belonging to the man containing five pairs of ladies' underwear and two pairs of young girls' underwear.

A search of his home found a recording of a sixth child, a nine-year-old girl whose parents were acquainted with the man, as she lay sleeping on a bed.

District Court Judge Anette Schoombee described the offences as "brazen" and a "gross breach of trust", saying the man had touched the girls for his own sexual gratification.

"You abused the trust placed in you by the parents and the owner of the centre," she said.

Judge Schoombee highlighted the victim impact statements provided to the court by the parents, which revealed that some had given up work to care for their children because they no longer felt they could trust childcare centres.

The statements also said the parents felt "guilt and shame" for not being able to protect their children.

The man's lawyer Ben Tyers told the court his client was from New Zealand, and at the time he committed the crimes he was immature, lonely, depressed and socially isolated.

Mr Tyers said his client was deeply ashamed and remorseful, and wanted to undergo a sex offender treatment while in prison to be rehabilitated.

Mr Tyers also said his client genuinely and innocently had a desire to help children, and the court heard he had been regarded as a "terrific educator" at the childcare centre, whom the kids loved.

With time already served the man will be eligible for parole in June 2017, but is then likely to be deported.

Lawyers in Goulburn who have been given the privelege of working on the "Children's Court Care and Protection Panel" have been caught working as a criminal Cartel.  Children are being unlawfully seized by state child protection departments on Emergency Care and Protection Orders[i], meaning they are removed because the children are at risk of serious harm.

The law says : “A child who is subject to an ECPO is usually placed in the “care responsibility” of the Director-General, but another person may be allocated care responsibility.  Unlike an interim care order, an ECPO and an extension of an ECPO are “final” orders.  Once it is made, the proceedings are at an end and there can be no question of a further court date.  Having made the ECPO, the magistrate is “functus officio”. There is no power to make contact or other orders.” [ii]

Once the kids are removed, the departments legal representative (in this case Robert Hoskins)[iii], has taken his time in filing the application in the courts, which is legally required to be done within three days of the children's removal.  The childrens independent (if that's what you call it) legal representation (Alison Howarth),[iv]  have not interviewed the children, nor did they seek to bring the matter to the attention of the presiding magistrate, of the departments failure to follow the law.

Furthermore, the two other solicitors it seems coerced the parents agree to "consent to establishment" and "consent to orders", which means the parents are agreeing that they do not have the capacity to look after their children, and agree that the kids should be taken into the care of the state.

Unfortunately, these aren't even matters that are required to be discussed at this point in time - as the only issue is Did the department have justification to warrant such drastic intervention into the family's lives and were the children really at Risk of Serious Harm, not were they at serious risk of harm.

So the question is ... what is the magistrate going to do on Monday when the case is actually being heard - even though the ECPO as expired, no orders have been or can be made as this is not your normal proceedings and is subject to entirely different rules.  Will the magistrate do the right thing and make "Final Orders" as is required by law?  Even though this should have happened well before now, and even though all parties have failed to abide by the legislation that applies when children are removed on Emergency Care and Protection Orders?

Further court dates have already been granted by the magistrate - who is also failing to abide by the legislation.  Or maybe he just doesn't know it.  It begs the question, how many other cases have been run like kangaroo courts with nobody who gets paid by the government doing what they're supposed to, in the timely manner they are suppose to, and as is legislated?

How many cases would have to be audited and found to have failed legislative compliance, before the Australian Government, will open its eyes and recognise this as the Criminal Cartel  that it is.  And how many cases state-wide have failed compliance?  Because it is entirely possible that the majority of care panel solicitors (children's lawyers, the departments and the parents lawyers), and magistrates have been unlawfully removing children for a very long time - and with so many people involved - all committing the exact same crimes - all backed by Law Societies who are failing to pull these con-artists in to line, that most legal personnel operating under the BAR are acting in consortium together, driving prices up, screwing customers / clients and tax payers.  So what will the penalties be for these criminals who are running nationwide criminal cartels?

No society that justifies human trafficking in the name of child protection can call itself civilized. What is human trafficking? According to the definition there are two primary qualifications for human trafficking: 1, The restriction of movement, and 2. The commercial exploitation of the person. Obviously foster care meets the first qualification, add financial incentives for removal and the child welfare system meets both qualifications. State funding only partially covers the costs of basic care for foster kids. So where does the rest of that money go? I do not know, but I can tell you where it doesn't go, to help those children. one more week to wait for judges decision on reunification.......the welfare treated me like scum at court and made me cry.....I must stay strong.....three years I have been fighting to get her back on false allegations of not treating her constipation....three years I can never get back....now they are trying to use the law which was changed to suit welfare's needs......its a law saying....that a child who has been in their care for over twelve months and in custody to the secretary...may be put into permanent care.....but I implored the judge to take into account the fact that all legal representatives ,other than welfare's bias lawyers,now concede that I am not guilty and to take into account these last three years of fighting and to also take into count,the fact that I had made her a safe and stable home and not a drug-go or sexual weirdo or an alcoholic.....when she was in my care and am the same today....all I can do is wait.

CHILD PROTECTION INQUIRY LAUNCHED FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 16 May 2016 An Upper House Committee has established an inquiry into child protection. ‘There is no question that a first order responsibility of government is to ensure that the most vulnerable in society, particularly children and young people, are protected and cared for,’ said Hon Greg Donnelly MLC, Chair of General Purpose Standing Committee No. 2. ‘The aim of the inquiry is to strengthen the protection of the most vulnerable children in our community, those at risk of harm and in out of home care.’ ‘While the current system is doing its best to protect children and young people, there is always room for improvement. Our committee intends to make a positive contribution by shining a light on areas needing attention and exploring how we can address those issues. Particular attention will be given to looking at the procedures, practices and systems that operate in the area of child protection.’ The inquiry will look at the role of the Department of Family and Community Services (FACS) and non-government organisations in protecting children and young people at risk of harm. This warrior was the late Georgia Senator Nancy Schaefer who was murdered along with her husband. In this report she outlined several individual cases of pedophilia in the Georgia foster care system that were allowed to continue due to negligence or involvement on the part of Georgia Division of Family and Children's Services. Not only was she uncovering horrible examples of negligence on behalf of the system, she also found direct links to high level pedophilia rings in Georgia, that were trafficking children to other states and even other countries. Just as Nancy was thorough with her investigation into CPS cases of fellow Georgians, she was also thorough in her documentation of these high level crimes. Nancy had video documentation of these crimes and a list of high level officials involved, which she planned to expose on a personal name basis in a documentary she was working on with two other gentlemen. It was for this that she was murdered and all evidence confiscated. Operation Expose CPS has attempted to track down this video footage and was surprised to discover that the film's producer had gone so far as to release an entirely new documentary that managed to draw attention from the real missing documentary footage.

Using data from killedbypolice.net, AFCARS, U.S. Children's Bureau, and Administration For Children, Youth, and Families we found that around 0.35 people per 100k are killed by cops per year in the United States But 68 foster kids per 100k die from abuse in foster care per year.

This means you are 201 times more likely to die in foster care than be killed by a law enforcement officer. Where are the protests? Where is the outage? My child was taken at ten years of age,she is now thirteen...three years of fighting to get her back....she was taken from me due to a mild case of constipation that was being addressed and because she is special needs they refuse to give her back...the welfare are making a massive grab for disabled children as they receive more funding for them....this is so wrong and it needs to stop.......as an ex welfare child,i can assure you.....being without your family....can leave permanent scars....never will i endorse anything.that takes the family bond away from the child......i would like people to think......how would you feel....without the love of your family for sixteen or more years.....it can be in some cases a killer.....the welfare want to put my now just turned thirteen year old intellectually disabled daughter Suzette in a lockup care facility for life...simply because their foster carer can,t cope...I can....I did for ten years on my own....I am 48 years of age a mum of two...oldest is nearly 24 and knows that I did nothing wrong and is my a wonderful support through this whole ordeal......when the welfare became aware that I was once a welfare child ,who is now a forgotten white Australian who was parented by the ballarat Victoria welfare department and was a state ward and entitled at some point for compensation because of my past childhood abuse of a sexual nature and other kinds of abuses from the age of one year of age until sixteen years of age in 1984..................they held on even tighter to my child....even though,reunification is meant to be the goal....from year one,they have bullied me...made me out to be the worst kind of criminal there is....during these last three years of fighting in court...they have refused home access and I am not allowed to know were my child lives or even visit her there.....at our last court hearing the judge said,that he could find no overwhelming reason that reunification could not go ahead....he found me to be a loving,stable and not an abusive mother......my medical proof shows that my daughters constipation was mild and was resolved through treatment in hospital....the welfare have this evidence now....but Jane knights my case worker from child protection said that,legally now I am guilty of basically medical neglect and I must lump it.....and I say.....I am not guilty and I will not lump it......when did my child's disability,become a lockable offense....in this day and age....we do not lock away our disabled ....my child wants her mum and big brother.....I am her voice as the welfare do not listen to her as she does not talk that well...but I listen and I need help....my child has rights,but the welfare are keeping her with a carer that needs a carer to help her.....and the welfare show no compassion.....I assume that they do not want to apologize to me and my kids...for putting us through these very stressful last three years...it would make them look bad if they had to......they have said don,t tell my story to the media ......but its my right to do this....and maybe...finally....my family will be reunited,once my story is known....how would other parents feel...if their child was removed because of a treatable condition which was being addressed......would they lump it......I am very sure that parents would not....and just because extra funding was allocated to disabled children in care......does not give welfare the right to consider my child their cash fund child....shes a human being....and I want her home........as my child always says.....mummy home soon.....means she wants to be at home with her mum.

In response to this there have been massive protests, social media campaigns, and nationwide dialogue. We would also like to take a moment to inform you of what the media is not talking about. You may remember in our initial video we called for a full investigation into Bill Clinton's ties to the Jeffery Epstein underage sex trafficking scandal. Recent updates in the case have implicated not only former President Bill Clinton but presidential hopeful Donald Trump, Prince Andrew, and many others . The people involved in this case are very likely also involved in the assassination of the late senator Schaefer. If Donald Trump had evidence of Clinton's ties to this ring then he surely would have used it to attack the Clinton campaign, unless he was also involved, which appears to be the case. We are demanding that the FBI open an investigation into the child welfare system of the united states with a press release asking for evidence and victim testimony. It is simple to see what county offices and states are accepting the most federal funds in the kids for cash scandal and from there review each case, making sure to contact the parent to hear any evidence they may have. Many offices commit fraud by continuing to accept title 19 social security funding for foster placement after they have been placed in kinship care. A system that offers financial incentives to offices based on the number of children removed from parents is a breeding ground for corruption and yet the FBI and department of justice refuse to investigate this system as a whole. We are going to have to force their hand in this matter, go out into the streets and demand they do their job. Upon close inspection of the title 4-e social security adoption incentive system we discover that there are quotas on the number of children taken. To continue to receive funding the office must remove a higher number of children than the previous year, to account for population growth. This is by definition human trafficking which is the commercial exploitation of a person and violation of their movement. Child Protective Services meet both of these criteria and that is not including the involvement in sex trafficking by some of it's employees.
This funding is the root of the problem not the solution. Throwing more money at this problem will not make it go away. Only when the financial incentives for kinship placement and reunification are higher than the incentives for removal will we see case workers working as hard at helping families as they do destroying them. If this system is to work their must be a balance of incentives, and funding per capita, not per child.

According to statistics 11 percent of cases involve sexual abuse while 80 percent are taken simply for neglect. 100 percent of those children are then placed into a foster care system where the rate of sexual abuse is estimated to be more than 28 times higher than the general population with a 75 percent chance of being abused. Now 75 percent of the children that were taken for neglect now face sexual abuse that was completely unnecessary. It is clear that no system would be better than this one. With 80 percent of children in the system only removed for neglect and 20 for actual abuse we would be better to simply let the 20 percent go on being abused than to subject 4 times that many children to sexual and other abuse within the foster care system. Perhaps if 80 percent of these children were left with their biological parents then the system would not be over crowded and good foster parents would be easier to find for those children that actually need them.
