We the people call for change of our children's care system. We call for all child protection cases to be heard child protection cases to be heard through our countries criminal courts system.  To be heard in front of judge and jury. Amy form of child abuse should be a crime but due to an unjust care system all too often innocent families are being ripped apart. This is the only way to stop this torrent of emotional abuse on children and families involved. This is punishment without crime and must be stopped. Act now!

Andrew  Bonney Back in two thousand thirty this was on a saturday afternoon l was mowing a friends lawn when l became in a very strange way with my leg as l twisted it the wrong way as it was iver l lost a foot or brake the ankle wich happened l was thrown to the ground as l new that l had broken my ankle l had two people pick me up while l held my ankle my son watch on in amazment as they took me to the hostpital as my son stood beside the bed who l had bought up from the age of 13 months old they told me that l was going to need surgery to the ankle as my son was upset l was bed ridden for well over a week and sedated as they had to wait for the blood finners on was on to subsibe from my system as my friend now wife promised that she would look after my son and make sure he went to kinda and look after him on the tuesday they came and took my son as this is the department of human services as wed was the court date as l lay helpless in the hostpital they put it threw the courts as me losing my son threw me braking un ankle l treid in vane to get out of the hostpital that night as l was a wreck got to the foyer of the hostpital were l was met by a male staff member who settled me down and talked me around to go back to the ward were l was staying he helped me back to as the none corrupt worker name was sam rousten now l found that this worker had a history in nsw of discrediting farther as he had in the past as l was ready to exspose him for working with docs as he is a bad apple he blow it in docs and was transferd to dohs child protection in victoria as this is normaly the case they set me up to be the bad guy as l tried in vane to clear my name doing nothing wrong and had thought this for many years and have finished fighting as they made me do sike test and these came back with not very good grades as they degraded me kicked me in the teeth ,ade myself feel small so l decided to not go on fighting but there was a court case this year were dhs child protecetion have screwed up as the only reason they took my little boy was because l broke my ankle so now l have pushed for an investergation in to this matter and have heard nothing back from when they said this is being investergated so l am not able to see the little boy who l raised for 5 years of his life lm holding out well to concider what this goverment department has done hope this shed some light on why l am anti child protection as l am a person who they destroyed mentaly and physicly as l have had people like my wife to help me threw this event and family as well l am trying to make a different for those out there who are yet to face this system as the system needs to be stopped and the system needs to come under the au condition we are not in the us this is the entire event of many years l have thought for a little boys rites to life cheers all

The legal system is corrupt it is all run on the department of human services reports so the parents fighting for there child does not stand a chance for getting legal aid bennefits legal aid follow the reports that the department write in most cases the department write these reports to cover there own tracks with the lyes and degrading infomation this has been an on going event for years they would rather give a child to a parent who has a background in neglection and abuse and not being able to protect a child the system must be stopped as this department has to much to say in the eyes of a child and the system should be scraped and a new system should be made to australia standards not usa standards the circut must be stopped as once a parent is in the circut they can lose there little ones for years this new system should be put in place before more children are hurt or even killed the system is outdated and imported from the usa by the whitlam goverment from the seventys
